Overvew
Asset Management System® is a system for administration of telecommunicational services for medium and large companies.
The application is a combination of modules for management and planning drain, processing invoices and stocks maintainment.
The information system is intuitive to the users, web-based and therefore easily accessed from any computer at any time and with possibility for additional expansion modules.
The system contains
- human resources management module - cost centers, companies, employees and equipment;
- invoices management module - purchase, costs and repairs invoices. Notification by e-mail to authorized employees for the drains made;
- documents management module - includes entry and processing of applications for purchase and repair of mobile devices;
- reports module - generate different types of reports for all activities related to equipments and their cost. The reports can be exported and in .xls and .pdf formats.
