    CallXpert 2® is a system designed for collecting, accounting, and billing of phone calls. It processes calls conducted through Cisco Call Manager, the office telephone exchange or other devices carrying out telephone calls or providing information about them. It is extremely useful for large enterprises where intensive phone communication is a significant part of the management process or of the services the company provides to its customers.

    - It does not matter how many or what kind of sources of information you have. Expert Vision CallXpert 2® is able to collect information on calls from different sources and to consolidate them into one database.

The collection of the calls information is made through phone’s TCP/IP connection and it removes the boundaries of physical distance and state borders. Moreover, CallXpert 2® is a module-based system and it allows the system to flexibly adapt its configuration to local client’s requirements.
    - The system not only bills calls by duration, but also incorporates the call destination, the time the call was made, the day of week, the device generating the call, and the trunk or the voice gateway conducting the call. Expert Vision CallXpert 2® allows the user to configure an unlimited number of tariffs. Each tariff can be assigned to different devices, trunks or voice gateways.

    Automated traffic registration

    - The system automatically collects CDR information about all the incoming and outgoing calls from different devices and stores it in a common database.

    Extension grouping for better analysis

    - Each extension can belong to an unlimited number of groups (cost centers).
    - Each group can contain an unlimited number of extensions.

    Limitation of the outgoing calls

    - Set a billing limit so all outgoing calls can be suppressed after the predefined limit is reached.

    Flexible tariffs

    The system allows for defining an unlimited number of tariffs where the fee depends on:
    - The device through which the call was made
    - The outgoing line
    - The destination
    - The time of the call
    - The day of the week
    - The duration of the call
    - The bill can be adjusted with an added value when the service is offered to customers.

    When defining a tariff, the user can use the following parameters:


    - Initial amount
    - One price for the first several seconds
    - Other price for the rest of the call duration
    - Each tariff has a validity period.

  • Reports

    CallXpert 2® has very rich reporting and statistic capabilities about made phone calls. There are 20 standard reports preset in the system. Users can customize each of these reports and save them as custom user reports. An unlimited number of reports can be saved.

    The system separates the reports into two groups – financial and analytical. They both offer similar information but the accent is on the financial and the analytical side respectively.
    The reports are grouped into the following categories:

    - List of conducted calls
    - Calls grouped by type – local calls, long distance, mobile, international and more
    - Calls grouped by destination – UK London, UK Mobile, USA CA, Germany Berlin, etc
    - Distribution of calls by time zone
    - Most dialled numbers
    - Most expensive calls
    - Bills for groups or extensions by days, months or period
    - Missed calls
    - Delay times
    - Distribution of calls by duration

    The reporting module is web-based and allows the users with the corresponding rights to execute and generate reports using their browsers. Each user can also be assigned specific rights at the site, group or extension level which restrict the user’s access to only reports within their specific domain. Each report can be viewed on the screen, printed on paper, or exported to XML or Microsoft Excel format files. The export functionality gives the user the ability to additionally process the data using user-specific tools or to import the data to another system – like the organization’s ERP system.
    The user can set some reports to be executed regularly at a given day and time and the system will send the results of the reports to their email box. The system recognizes three types of users (roles) based on their rights on a specific element of the infrastructure:
    - Single extension – have rights on their own extension
    - Group – have rights to see the reports about the group they manage
    - Site – have rights to see the reports about a specific site
    - Whole system – can see all the reports

    The reports can be shown in Bulgarian, Macedonian or in English.

    CallXpert 2® has the following minimum system requirements to be installed and to run:
    - Server operating system - Windows 2008 Server or later
    - Server hardware:
    - CPU – Intel® Xeon® or better
    - RAM – 2 GB
    - HDD – depending on the data size
    - Browser requirements for the reports – Internet Explorer 9.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2 or later



    For optimal performance of the system we recommend the following configuration:
    - Server operating system - Windows 2012 Server
    - Server hardware:
    - CPU – Intel® Xeon® or better
    - RAM – 4 GB or more
    - HDD – depending on the data size
    - Browser requirements for the reports – Internet Explorer 9.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2 or later.



  • CallXpert Lite 2

    CallXpert Lite 2® is especially developed Windows application based on CallXpert ® system for call accounting.

    As the “mother” system, it provides comprehensive reports on telephone traffic, expenses for internal and external phone calls and charts.

    It is extremely useful for small enterprise organizations with restriction up to 200 extentions, where intensive telephone communication is a significant part of the business.
