Further development and upgrade of the existing information system – Tclient of Sofia District Heating JSC:

Improvement of the complete process of the clients calorimeters reading:
- Collection, unification and procession of the information.
- Share distribution;
- Documents issuing;
- Others.

Automation of the debts collection trough detection of the phase of the workflow. The debts collection is being done trough phone calls and addresses visitation.

Incoming calls: - CRM – collection, recording and analysis of information about the clients and the internal processes in the company;
- Entering in the system of work standards – quality management;
- Stats and analysis;
- Control of the processes;
- Support for the operators;
- Guidance of the operators activities.
